Dear husband to be,

I really don't know what to write but peace asked me to write to you and I think I should too so here goes nothing.

I don't know how to pen down my feelings right now, how to articulate my thoughts to write this, but I know that I really can't wait to meet you. To be with you, To love you, To hold your hands, To style your hair, To pick out your tie, To kiss you good morning and good night, To play tag, and hide & seek, To dance around together in the rain like Ed Sheeran said in that song, To play dress up with you, To cry on your shoulder and have you cry on mine, To pour the love within me into you!

I don't know if you'll be white or black, if you'll be Igbo or Caucasian (and I really don't care), but I do know that I want to spend a lot of my time with you.

I want to cook you a meal, to write you love letters, to get to know you deeply and slowly, to have back rolling sex with you while we listen to jazz playing in the background (I hope you like jazz), I want for us to play in the bath tub and in the shower, to sing you lullabies and say sweet nothings to you while rubbing your beard clad chin. To travel the world with you, to have cute spontaneous dates in unexpected corners, To pick you from work with a truckload of surprises, To just spoil you my fine man. To go to church with you, to go to your parents house with you and my parents house with you, to take on the world with you and shield you from it when need be, To tell you all my dry jokes and to rush to you with the latest yagon on the internet. 

I really want to spoil you. I really want to show you my kind of love. I really want you to feel at home and at peace with me. To feel rested in my arms. To feel in love and loved by me because I know I have a lot of love to give you.
